Update regarding access to services of the United Counties of Prescott and Russell (UCPR)
The United Counties of Prescott and Russell (UCPR) wishes to advise that access to its offices and services continues to be limited for health and safety reasons related to the coronavirus (COVID-19).
Access to offices must be done only through specific entrances. A questionnaire and screening test are mandatory for each person (employees and visitors).
EarlyON Child and Family Centres
- All programs offered in the community by the EarlyON Child and Family Centres are cancelled for an undetermined period of time.
- The Rockland EarlyON Centre playroom will be closed as of Tuesday, March 17, 2020.
- Saturday and evening programs are also cancelled.
Provincial Offences Office
- All Provincial Offences Act matters scheduled from Monday, March 16, 2020, through to and including Friday, April 3, 2020, will be adjourned and rescheduled to a later date. If you have a matter scheduled during this time, you do not need to attend court.

Administrative Office (L'Orignal)
- Visitor access remains limited to urgent cases only. The UCPR requests that visitors please call ahead to make alternate arrangements.
Prescott and Russell Residence
- Access to the Prescott and Russell Residence, the long-term care home located in Hawkesbury, remains limited to essential visitors until further notice.
