Appear Before Council

Request to appear

All individuals or groups wishing to appear before the Council must apply to the Clerk's office. A document, including the names of the individuals or organization represented, as well as the grounds of the application, must be handed in at least seven days prior to the meeting.

Presentation duration

Each presentation must not exceed ten minutes. Afterwards, Council Members may ask questions or request details.
